Privacy Policy

1. Data Stored on Your Device

The app uses GPS location, speed, timestamps, route information, and available motion data to control recording and create ride records. Ride GPS data is stored on your device, not automatically uploaded to a developer-operated server. Camera connection settings, app preferences, purchase entitlement status, and diagnostic logs support app operation.

The app does not require a mOmentiOn account. Local storage does not exclude processing by the advertising SDK, the app store, or operating-system services described below.

2. Advertising and Privacy Choices

The free app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform for privacy choices. Google may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation. Processing depends on consent, device settings, and SDK configuration.

Where provided, use the app's advertising privacy settings to review or withdraw consent. You can also change advertising/tracking permissions in system settings. Non-personalized advertising can still involve data processing.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the platform's store. The app uses purchase status to unlock Pro and restore eligible purchases. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Store transaction records and account information are handled under the store provider's policies.

4. Permissions and Camera Connections

Location supports speed detection and route recording, including during an active ride when the app is not in the foreground where permitted. Bluetooth, local-network/Wi-Fi access, and camera SDKs support discovery and control of compatible cameras. File access supports saving and exporting records. Other permissions are explained by the relevant feature or operating-system prompt.

You can change permissions in system settings; related features may stop working. Camera and operating-system services have their own data practices. This policy does not guarantee that third-party SDKs never communicate externally.

5. Sharing and Support Requests

Files are sent to another app or service when you choose to share them. GPX, images, videos, and logs may contain GPS coordinates, times, routes, camera names, or network identifiers. Review their contents before sharing; the recipient's policies apply.

When you email support, we receive your email address, message, and attachments. We use these to respond and investigate the reported issue, not for advertising. Attach logs only when necessary; do not send passwords or payment details.

When you ask to join a test from this website, we receive the email address you send from, the account email you write in the message, and the platform you chose. We use it only to add you as a tester and send test-related notices, and delete it when the test ends or when you ask.

6. Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices

Local ride files remain until you delete them. Use the app's deletion controls or your file manager for exported files. Uninstalling may not remove exports, shared copies, or device/cloud backups. Copies sent to others must be managed with those recipients.

Support messages are kept only as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us at vfx@kakao.com. We will review the request and explain any legal reason preventing deletion. We cannot remotely delete files that exist only on your device.

Advertising and store providers manage their own retention and privacy requests under their policies. OS backup and location services may also process data independently of this app.

7. This Website

This website stores your selected language and appearance in your browser's local storage; clear site data to reset them. We do not add website advertising or analytics scripts. GitHub Pages hosts the site and may process technical request information under its privacy statement.
